OUR VISION


  • NWSP Water Polo Ltd. was first captured with the vision of providing unique experiences for UK water polo players and coaches to develop and thrive.
  • Is UK based and dedicated to organising water polo camps and clinics in Greece and the UK, providing online training for coaches, all taught by highly qualified top Greek head coaches.
  • Strives to utilise every opportunity to teach the game but most importantly the broader lessons of life beyond sports.
  • The core values that ignite our vision are Unity, Passion, Respect, Integrity and Humbleness.



WHY GREECE?


  1. NWSP Water Polo Ltd. has formed strong bonds with Greek water polo, which has developed into a powerhouse of the sport in the recent years.
  2. Greek clubs and the Greek National Team have long tradition and participation in all top level European and International events.
  3. Greek coaches have proven to be of high calibre and talent, coaching top teams in Greece and the world.
  4. The weather conditions that one can find in Greece are unbeatable, enjoying outdoor swimming pools and warm weather training.



THE AUDIENCE


  • NWSP Water Polo Ltd. is focusing on the audience of U14-U16 category where tactics and technical aspects start to be more in demand among other basic skills.
  • The training is based on a concept where a UK club will have the chance to participate, being coached by their allocated Greek coach during the full length of the camp (sessions and friendlies).
  • The club’s coach will benefit from the whole process by observing and getting involved by assisting the allocated coach.

The business was founded in 2020 with the vision of providing unique experiences for all levels of UK water polo players and coaches to develop and thrive. By forming strong bonds with Greek water polo that has developed into a powerhouse of the sport in recent years, NWSP can claim that has partnered with some of the most high calibre and talented Greek coaches currently working in top teams around the world. The long lasting experience that they have gained through the continuous successes of Greek water polo on a national and international level, classes their knowledge as invaluable.

WHAT WE DO

We are a UK based business providing water polo education services across the country for clubs, regions and schools that are interested in setting a solid foundation for their water polo academies through top quality training, best practice applications and methodologies.


At the same time we aim to develop the skillset of coaches through on the job and theoretical training. Our vision is to assist in the development of British water polo by:



  1. Increasing youth participation through online and offline promotion of water polo
  2. Developing players and coaches skills through high quality coaching, training and mentoring
